By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Otto provides software that automates outbound, social, and related go-to-market work. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also offer free and paid tiers with different limits, which we may adjust as the Service evolves.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam or to violate anti-spam or anti-fraud laws;
• Send communications to people who have not consented where consent is required, or contrary to applicable marketing and privacy laws;
• Break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate third-party terms;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security; or
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our permission.

You are responsible for the content of the outreach you send and for complying with the laws that apply to your use of the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Otto Softwares and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide, and you grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the Service for you.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any outreach will achieve a particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Otto Softwares will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
